Dr. Christer Larsson is a senior specialist in radar at Saab Dynamics in Linköping, Sweden and a part time visiting professor at Lund University, Lund, Sweden. His research interests are in radar cross section, inverse scattering problems and in the electromagnetic properties of materials with a special focus on measurement and analysis techniques related to inverse synthetic aperture radar. He received the B.Sc. degree in physics from Uppsala University, the Ph.D. degree in physics from the Royal Technical Institute, Stockholm and was appointed docent (reader) in electromagnetic theory at Lund University. He has previously held positions at Hamburger Synchrotronstrahlungslabor, Deutsches Elektronen-Synchrotron (HASYLAB/DESY) in Hamburg, Germany as a postdoctoral researcher and at the Swedish Defence Research Agency in Linköping, Sweden as a researcher.
