SUBMIT DIRECTLY TO THE POSTER SESSION

  • Authors who do not wish to publish in IEEE Xplore may submit their 4+1-page manuscript directly to the poster session by 29 January
  • Submissions must adhere to the conference manuscript template. Templates can be downloaded from here
  • Direct-to-poster submissions will undergo the standard acceptance process with 3 reviewers
  • If a direct-to-poster submission is accepted, one of the authors must present the work in person at the University of Maryland
  • The presenter must also register for the conference
