SUBMIT DIRECTLY TO THE POSTER SESSION
- Authors who do not wish to publish in IEEE Xplore may submit their 2-page extended abstract directly to the poster session -- the deadline is 30 April
- Submissions must adhere to the conference manuscript template. Templates can be downloaded from here
- Direct-to-poster submissions will undergo the standard acceptance process with 3 reviewers
- If a direct-to-poster submission is accepted, one of the authors must present the work in person at the University at Albany
- The presenter must also register for the conference
